DESCRIPTION
12J NTC Thermistor Temperature Sensors from Therm-O-Disc® offer excellent reliability in a compact, rugged, cost-effective design. The 12J is also a proven performer for moisture protection and freeze-thaw cycling. Lead wires can be set to any length and color to match your requirements. The plastic shell can be made from PP, PBT, PPS, or almost any plastic that you need for your application. The internal thermistor element can be selected to meet any resistance-temperature curve and tolerance. The 12J is used in temperature monitoring in a wide range of applications, including air conditioners, refrigeration systems, heat pumps, and industrial processing systems.

- Operating Temperature Range: -40°C to 80°C and up to 105°C (dependent on wire rating)
- Insulation Strength: 3750 V AC/0.5 mA/2 Seconds for a small diameter body (inquire for alternate values)
- Accuracy: 1°C typical (inquire for alternatives)
- Thermal Time Constant in Air 11 seconds typical (varies with design)
